Information you give us
When you email us or otherwise contact us through the Website, we collect your name, email address, company, job title and anything else you choose to include. We use it to answer your questions, respond to requests for a demo or a meeting, and communicate with you about Elixir.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, cookies and similar technologies collect information such as the pages you view, the time and length of your visit, your browser and device type, your IP address and approximate location, and the site that referred you. We use it to operate, secure and improve the Website, to understand which organizations are interested in Elixir, and for marketing.
Legal basis (GDPR, where applicable)
We process personal information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests (such as responding to your inquiries, securing the Website and marketing to businesses), or with your consent where the law requires it.
Other uses
We may also use information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; to comply with law and respond to lawful requests; and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may create anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you, and use it for any purpose.
2. Website visitor identification
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.
You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
3. How we protect and retain your information
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed without authorization.
Retention. We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it. We may keep it longer where the law requires it, to keep an accurate record of our dealings with you, or where we reasonably expect a legal claim.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- With our affiliated companies.
- With service providers that process information on our behalf, such as hosting providers, email, CRM and marketing tools, website visitor identification partners (described in section 2) and analytics providers.

- With a buyer, investor or successor (actual or prospective) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets or similar transaction.
- With anyone else, when you have asked us to or agreed to it.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and learn how we process it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to our processing, including for direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
To exercise your rights, email contact@elixir.security. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed, written permission. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information outside the country where you live, including in Israel and the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to countries recognized as providing adequate protection.
7. Use by children
The Website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-party websites and services
The Website may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, so please read those before you share information with them.
9. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We and our partners use them, and similar technologies, to make the Website work, measure how it is used, and identify and market to visiting businesses (see section 2).
We use a cookie consent banner so you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop some Website features from working.
